Justin Kovics is an award-winning Creative Director with extensive experience advancing brand innovation across all platforms. He founded Creative Gorillas; a full-service agency grounded in non-traditional, disruptive storytelling. At Havas he served as a Digital Creative Director leading an international team focused on helping brands develop their digital identities.
He was then recruited by Nickelodeon to bring his digital expertise to their new Kid and Family-focused agency. There he developed and oversaw all digital experiences for the group including the award winning “Bee A Coder” campaign for Honey Nut Cheerios and the “SpongeBob MailPants” partnership with the United States Postal Service, which was inducted into the Smithsonian. He also led an ambitious Frosted Flakes campaign which achieved a 4% lift in national sales.
Over the span of his career, Justin has collaborated with both big and small agencies—from Havas and Viacom with Fortune 500 brands, to satellite design shops working with startups, to leading global brands as Group Creative Director for an in-house agency. He’s overseen integrated advertising campaigns across emerging channels, TV, digital, and social, and was trained at MIT in Extended Reality.
